Here is the basic framework for how we would like to see all owners and teams play their games in the CNBA.
The league will be based on 9 Minute Quarters on Hall of Fame Mode, and will be a Real Team League. Real Team meaning, that at the start of the League all teams will be accurate and current teams as they currently exist in the NBA. Trades and roster moves can be made after the season starts.
The goal of the league is to have a sim league that accurately portrays how basketball is played in the NBA. We do not want cheesers or players that purposefully manipulate the game on order to exploit flaws or glitches n the game. So to help in curbing that the following will apply to all owners gameplay.
No more than 50% of total points can be scored in the paint
- Exclude Fast break and 2nd chance points(fast break points + 2nd chance points - points in the Paint = Total points in the paint)
No stealing the Inbound Pass
- Until the 4th quarter, 2 min. left, down by 7 points or more
Do not use “Press Defense”
- until 4th quarter 2 min. left, down by 7 points or more
No more than 20 shots with 1 player
No more than 10 3pt attempts with 1 player
Dont run same play over and over...
Do not quit games
- any question of an owner's gameplay, let the commish know
No running up the score. Please use your bench!
